Konditionen
Anreise ab 15:00 Uhr, Abreise bis 10:00. Die Preise gelten für beide Appartements. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 5 Tage, gern gewähren wir Ihnen einen Rabatt bei Langzeitmiete.
Anzahlung 50 % des Arrangementpreis beim Buchen, 1 Monat vor dem vereinbarten Ankunftstag ist der Restbetrag fällig. Der Gast trägt eventuell anfallende Bankgebühren. Pro Appartement steht 1 PKW Parkplatz zur Verfügung.
Rücktritt durch den Gast – Stornogebühr (entsprechend §5 AGBH 2006)
Bis spätestens 3 Monate vor dem vereinbarten Ankunftstag des Gastes kann der Beherbergungsvertrag ohne Entrichtung einer Stornogebühr durch einseitige Erklärung des Gastes aufgelöst werden.
Danach fallen bei Rücktritt des Gastes folgende Stornogebühren an:
bis 1 Monat vor dem Ankunftstag 40 % vom gesamten Arrangementpreis
bis 1 Woche vor dem Ankunftstag 70 % vom gesamten Arrangementpreis
in der letzten Woche vor dem Ankunftstag 90 % vom gesamten Arrangementpreis
Wir empfehlen Ihnen vor Antritt Ihrer Reise eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung abzuschließen.

Arrival from 15:00, departure until 10:00. The prices are for both apartments. The minimum rental period is 5 days, we gladly grant you a discount for long-term rental.
Deposit 50% of the package price when booking, 1 month before the agreed day of arrival the balance is due. The guest may be responsible for any bank charges. Each apartment has 1 car parking space available.
Cancellation by the guest - cancellation fee (according to §5 AGBH 2006)
No later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival of the guest the accommodation contract can be canceled without payment of a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration of the guest.
After that the following cancellation fees apply when the guest withdraws:
up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the total arrangement price
up to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the total arrangement price
in the last week before the day of arrival 90% of the total arrangement price
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance before you start your journey.
